Cooking Italiano for Kids helps students develop their culinary skills that will benefit them for the rest of their life.

By cooking, students develop their fine-motor skills while improving their self-esteem as they follow instructions and work with their peers to create delicious foods. 3.Cooking Italiano for Kids provides a holistic understanding of Italian culture. Students will learn about the origins of each dish they make by exploring individual ingredients from Parmesan cheese to world-famous extra virgin olive oil. In addition, students will also understand how to speak Italian, listen to Italian music and explore beautiful cities throughout the country. 4.Cooking Italiano for Kids features a lively, experienced after-school teacher. Students learn from Owner / Instructor Eric Horwitz who brings a passion for cooking, teaching and Italian culture to your students. He graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Studies from UCLA, has lived in Italy for a year, learned to cook there and has taught after-school program to private elementary schools throughout Los Angeles including PS#1 Pluralistic School and John Thomas Dye.
