- Swedish Brownies

Wednesday – Farmer’s Market
- Paninis
-Green Salad with Balsamic Vinagrette
-Chocolate Fondue + strawberries, pound cake, brownie bites

Thursday – Healthy Day
-Cream of Broccoli Soup
-Garlic bread
-Roasted Chicken 
- Fruit salad

Friday – Kid’s Restaurant
-Homemade Pasta + Pesto
-Caesar Salad + Chicken (leftover)
-Chocolate Salami (made night before)

Week 3: June 30-July 3 All American Classics

Monday- Cooking Basics
- All American Chili with toasted Rye bread  (done)
-Green Salad with lemon vinaigrette
-Chocolate Chip Cookies   

Tuesday- Creative Food Day Brunch
-Specialized Pancakes
-Bacon and Egg Muffin Cups (done)  
- Fruit Salad
- Donut holes
    
Wednesday- Farmer’s Market
- Grilled Cheese
-Tomato Soup (make before)
-Fruit Tart

Thurs- Kid’s Restaurant- Diner Style
-Burgers and Fries with (sliders)
-Slaw broccoli with lemon vinaigrette
-  Milkshakes 


Week 4: Jul 7-11 Italian Favorites Pt 1

Monday- Cooking Basics
- Chicken Parmesan with pasta
-zucchini
- Biscotti with Cinnamon and Chocolate

Tuesday- Creative Food Day    
-Create your own Pizza
- Caesar Salad with Chicken (leftover chicken)
- Chocolate Salami
-Gelato (for Wed)

Wednesday-Farmer’s Market
-Caprese Panini
- Salad with balsamic vinagrette
-Gelato, fresh fruit whipped cream  (premake panna cotta and for parents)

Thursday- Cooking and Science
-Risotto with veggies and chicken
-  Peas
- Panna Cotta (make the fruit sauce)

Friday- kid’s Restaurant
- Pasta Carbonara
-  Pan Fried Brussel Sprouts
- Chocolate Strawberries


Week 5: Jul 14-18  Asian Cuisine Pt 1

Monday- Cooking Basics
-Orange Chicken 
- Jasmine Rice 
- Broccoli
-Fried Bananas with ice cream

Tuesday- Creative Food Day
- Build your own sushi roll
-  Edamame
- Miso Soup
- Mango Sorbet 

Wednesday- Farmer’s Market
- Fried Rice with Chicken (Chicken with veggies from the market)
- Veggie of choice from the market
- Thai Sweet Sticky Rice with mango

Thursday- Healthy Day
-  Chow Mein Noodles with chicken
-  Salad with an Asian vinaigrette
- Chinese Almond Cookies

Friday- Kid’s Restaurant
-Asian Cucumber Ribbon Salad 
-Spring Rolls with shrimp
- Specialized Fortune cookies


Week 6: Jul 21-25  Mexican Food!

Monday: Cooking basics
-Chicken Tortilla Soup
- Nachos Queso fundido and veggie dip
- Mexican Hot Chocolate Cookies

Tuesday: Creative food day
-Create your own Taco Tuesday ground beef or chicken
-Churros with Chocolate sauce
- Guacamole

Wednesday- Farmer’s Market Day 
-Quesadillas with Steak
- Pico de gallo from the market
-  Salad
- Cinnamon Sugar Crisps

Thursday- Healthy Day
-  Homemade Corn Tortillas,
-  Mexican Tomato Rice and Beans
- Corn on the Cob with Cheese and lime ( done)
